Returns Policy
If goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer (this will require a telephone call or home visit by a manufacturer or registered engineer) you may return the product free of charge by calling 0845 8630 821 *.
If for any other reason you decide to return the product within 14 days of receiving the delivery please call the Tesco Kitchens helpline on 0845 8630 821 and we will arrange a pick up within 10 days if the products have not been fitted and are undamaged. There is a charge for this collection of £50 this charge reflects the actual cost of collection.
Under the terms of Distance Selling Directive, you as the customer have a duty to care for the product while it is in your possession. If the products are damaged a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made. Your legal rights are not affected. Tesco Kitchen products cannot be returned to any Tesco stores.
